X Infotech, a team of professionals with valuable experience in delivering secure solutions, collaborated with local partner Cardtech, to provide a leading bank in Guatemala with an all-in-one solution for PIN Generation and secure printing of PIN envelopers, enabling the bank to provide PIN generation and printing on-site, without resorting to third party services. The complete solution combines market-proven Secure PIN Manager and other associated services, such as training, implementation and maintenance.
Prior to the project, the bank used a local processing centre for PIN generation and PIN printing services. The increase in card issue and the bank’s wish to deliver its customers with a more secure solution, led them to the desire to implement their own in-house PIN generation solution.
