Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product/services and the documentation requirements
Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Create and maintain the information architecture
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content
Write easy-to-understand user instructions

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documents
Strong knowledge of IT terms
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
Excellent written skills in English and Spanish
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a complex, ambiguous environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word (Windows environment)
