- Manage the communication with both international and local clients and partners via email, telephone, website and during conferences
- Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner
- Coordinate and prepare proposals and tenders in collaboration with sales, marketing, development teams, and delivery
- Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
- Identify and communicate with new business leads for the organization
- Support the business development manager in sales support when required
- Participate in sales negotiations with customers, partners, sub-contractors
- Handle daily various tasks in very dynamic and demanding environment
- Cooperate in positive manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization’s partners.
