BID Team Manager (Sales Support Team)


  • Coordinate and prepare proposals and tenders in collaboration with sales, marketing, development teams, and delivery
  • Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
  • Support the business development manager in sales support when required
  • Ensure tools, procedures and approvals are followed
  • Managing bid preparation and bid team activities


  • Experience in sales and support work
  • Experience in leading working teams
  • University degree preferable (i.e. International Relations, Politics, Diplomacy, Law, Economics)
  • Excellent attention to details and strong ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations
  • Ability to beat deadlines and to also perform multiple tasks at the same time
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-driven and resourceful
  • Able to work both independently and as a team member
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic / Good Russian language skills (verbal and written)

Will be considered as advantage:

  • Good knowledge of French and/or Spanish languages
  • Experience in IT and international software sales
  • Basic knowledge of IT industry
