Business Conference Organizer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be in charge of the entire conference concept, strategy and realization
  • Engage sponsors and funds
  • Research and find ways to attract new delegates
  • Grow the event and make it profitable
  • Take care of promotion and PR campaigns
  • Take care of all logistics, paperwork and budgeting
  • Manage highest-rank president-level guests, speakers and VIPs

  • 2+ years in business development and proactive sales
  • 2+ years’ experience in event management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English, Latvian, Russian
